Hello, I’m Rachel!🙂 A UX/product designer with a strong background in business administration and customer-facing experience.
From an early age, my passion for web design ignited a lifelong dream. As a 13-year-old👧, I delved into designing simple websites and discovered a profound love for connecting with people through my creations.
While my academic journey led me to major in a completely different field – business administration – I accumulated extensive experience in various customer-facing roles for 10+ years. These diverse experiences have molded me into a designer who values user advocacy, going beyond visually pleasing designs to consider business objectives.

As a traveler, I’ve explored 9 European countries and 13 cities in the U.S. My next destination? New Orleans!
As a music lover, I start each day with a Spotify playlist featuring over 300 tracks to stay productive. Currently, I’m loving Charlie Puth’s songs, especially ‘Reply to this.’ 🎶
